Hot Air Dryer Machine :
In the center of the machine, there’re 4 硬化フィルム冷却用ファン.
1 center roller for rewinder, its frequency converter automatically receives the material, and the oven is 52 メートル
away for drying;
The 2 left bottom rollers are correctors, they can automatically correct the material position when it goes leaning.
The hard alumina roller conveying rod has a smooth surface to ensure smooth material conveying without deformation.
On the top of machine, it’s heating zone, there’re 10 heating tubes on the left side(feeding side), 9 heating tubes on the
right side(rewinding side).
On the both sides of machine, also it’s heating zone, there’re 10 heating tubes on the left side(feeding side), 9 heating tubes on
the right side(rewinding side).
Motors are all imported from Taiwan.
