Hot Air Oven/drying box Machine features:
1.Feeding suction board, tension control, dust-free cloth can be attached to prevent scratches;

This machine is widely used in PET, PVC, PC, OPP, BOPP, membrane switches, signs, FPC flexible circuit boards,
electronic labels, ITO conductive films, electric car and motorcycle car decals, electric heating films, IMD/IML mobile
phone shells, 3M glue, Screen printing of roll materials such as laser trademarks, anti-counterfeit scratch cards, self-adhesive
Hot Air Dryer Machine :
In the center of the machine, there’re 4 fans for cured film cooling.
1 center roller for rewinder, its frequency converter automatically receives the material, and the oven is 52 meters
away for drying;
The 2 left bottom rollers are correctors, they can automatically correct the material position when it goes leaning.
The hard alumina roller conveying rod has a smooth surface to ensure smooth material conveying without deformation.
On the top of machine, it’s heating zone, there’re 10 heating tubes on the left side(feeding side), 9 heating tubes on the
right side(rewinding side).
On the both sides of machine, also it’s heating zone, there’re 10 heating tubes on the left side(feeding side), 9 heating tubes on
the right side(rewinding side).
Motors are all imported from Taiwan.

PACKAGE:
The Automatic machine will be packed in strict safety before transportation.As shown in the figure above.Try to ensure that no damage occurs in the course of transportation.
Due to the large size and heavy mass of the equipment, we generally use sea or road transport for transportation. You can choose to transport by sea route or by China-Europe Railway Express. As for the terms of trade, we usually adopt EXW,FOB or CIF.
